Order Processing

After your payment is successfully confirmed, your MAVRENX order will begin processing.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, supplier availability and destination. Orders are normally prepared for shipment within a few business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location, the shipping method and the supplier fulfilling your order.

Most international orders may take approximately 7–30 business days after processing.

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur because of carriers, customs, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside MAVRENX's control.

When tracking information becomes available, your MAVRENX order will be updated.

You can check your order using the MAVRENX order number provided after purchase.

Multiple Packages

If an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately.

This can happen when products are fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers. You will not be charged again simply because an order is shipped in multiple packages.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing an order, contact MAVRENX as soon as possible.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

A package may be returned to the sender if the address is incorrect, incomplete, the delivery cannot be completed, or the package is not collected when required.

If this happens, contact us so we can review the order and determine the available options.

Customs and Import Requirements

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures or local import rules depending on the destination country.

Any requirements that apply will depend on the laws and procedures of the destination country.
