We want you to be satisfied with your MAVRENX purchase.

If you would like to return an eligible item, contact MAVRENX Support as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Where applicable under consumer law, customers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Returned products should normally be:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your MAVRENX order number and clear photos or other information showing the problem.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or another remedy where required.

Once a return or refund request has been approved, the refund will normally be sent back to the original payment method.

Payment providers and banks may take additional time to display the refunded amount after the refund has been processed.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we may be able to cancel it before shipment.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the normal return process may apply.

Return shipping arrangements depend on the reason for the return and the circumstances of the order.

Contact MAVRENX before returning a product so we can provide the correct instructions and return destination.

Do not send a product to an address without receiving return instructions from us first.

Certain products may not be eligible for return where an exception is permitted by applicable consumer law.
